Most artists tend to develop a particular style and then stick with that style so their work can be recognized at a glance. Because I have a very strong drawing background this allows me to explore other styles. This gives me the opportunity to make decisions regarding what style I believe fits the image and composition. It is just another way to tackle artmaking with an open mind instead of being locked into convention.
